Introduction to the International Study Preparation Program
经北京市批准，北京电影学院于2013年成立了北京电影学院出国留学基地。在此基础上，北京电影学院与中国（教育部）留学服务中心建立战略合作伙伴关系。北京电影学院依托自身的教育资源，引进和借鉴英美大学优质的教育资源和教学模式，与国外多所大学签署合作协议，开创国内首个电影艺术专业国际留学项目，为学生顺利出国留学提供全方位的教学和服务。
Approved by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, Beijing Film Academy established the Beijing Film Academy Overseas Study Base in 2013. On this foundation, the Academy formed a strategic partnership with the China (Ministry of Education) Study Abroad Service Center. Leveraging its own educational resources, Beijing Film Academy introduces and adapts the high-quality educational resources and teaching models from universities in the UK and the US. The Academy has signed cooperation agreements with several universities abroad, launching the first international study program in film arts in China. This program provides comprehensive teaching and services to ensure students can smoothly pursue their studies abroad.
预备课程班面向包括应、往届高中毕业生，或同等学历的中专、职高毕业生，及大专生、大学新生等各层次的中国大陆学生、港澳台学生及外籍学生，为其提供语言培训、留学预备课程培训、出国学习规划、国外大学申请及出国签证指导等一系列全方位的留学课程与服务，使学生以更安全、更便捷、更实用的方式顺利完成从北京电影学院到国际知名电影学院的无缝对接。
The preparatory program is aimed at Chinese mainland students, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan students, as well as international students, including high school graduates (both current and past), students with equivalent qualifications such as vocational or technical school graduates, college students, and university freshmen. The program offers a comprehensive range of services, including language training, study-abroad preparatory courses, overseas study planning, foreign university application assistance, and visa guidance. It is designed to help students seamlessly transition from Beijing Film Academy to internationally renowned film schools in a safer, more convenient, and practical way.
学生在北京电影学院学习两年，以语言培训及部分可获外方院校认定的专业课程为主。在北京电影学院的阶段性学习结束后，成绩合格并符合结业标准，可获得北京电影学院结业证书。后两年，符合国外大学入学要求的学生将可赴海外学习，注册外方大学学籍，达到国外学校毕业要求的，可取得国外大学学士学位。中国教育部留学服务中心对学位证书予以认证，等同国内同等学历。
Students will study at Beijing Film Academy for two years, focusing primarily on language training and some specialized courses that may be recognized by partner foreign institutions. Upon completing the preparatory phase at Beijing Film Academy with satisfactory academic performance and meeting the graduation requirements, students will be awarded a completion certificate from the academy. In the following two years, students who meet the admission requirements of foreign universities will have the opportunity to study abroad, register as students at the foreign university, and obtain a bachelor's degree upon meeting the graduation criteria of the overseas institution. The degree will be certified by the China Education Ministry's Study Abroad Service Center, and it will be recognized as equivalent to a domestic degree.

⑴影视制作专业
Film and Television Production
本专业在教学过程中，通过科学严谨的理论与实践相结合的内容安排，以实践教学为核心手段，使学生系统掌握影视制作专业的基本理论和基本知识，具有较扎实的影视作品创作及制作能力，具备较高文化艺术素养及专业操作能力，为学生留学提供更宽广的专业选择口径。
This program combines rigorous theoretical content with practical training, with a focus on hands-on learning. Students will systematically acquire the basic theories and knowledge of film and television production. They will develop strong creative and production skills in filmmaking, alongside a high level of cultural and artistic literacy, as well as professional technical ability. This comprehensive training will provide students with a broad range of professional choices for further studies abroad.
课程设置Curriculum Structure：
预备课程主要由三个部分组成:语言模块、学术模块、规划模块。
The preparatory courses are mainly composed of three parts: the Language Module, the Academic Module, and the Planning Module.
●语言模块的课程主要是英语语言培训，保证学生出国后能够正常学习、生活和交流。

●学术模块主要以电影艺术专业技能以及专业基础课程为主。包括影片分析、视听语言、剧本写作、表演基础及技巧、电影摄影基础、照明技巧、数字媒体软件、造型艺术构思、世界电影史、同期拾音基础、声音后期制作技巧、制片管理、短片创作等，帮助学生掌握并提高专业技能、专业知识，顺利接读国外合作院校的相关专业课程。
Academic Module：Film Analysis, Audio-visual Language, Script Writing I, Basis and Techniques of Acting, Still Photography, Film Lighting Techniques, Digital Media Software, Basis of Cinematography, History of World Film, Synchronous sound recording, Audio Post Production Techniques, Production Management, Short Film Creation, etc.Focus on film art professional skills and foundational courses to help students master and improve their professional skills and knowledge, enabling them to smoothly progress to relevant courses at the foreign partner institutions.

⑵戏剧影视表演专业
Performing ArtMajor
本专业在教学过程中，注重表演专业基础教学与学生基本功的训练，强调学生实践能力的培养。通过科学合理的课程安排，使学生系统掌握表演专业的基础理论、基本知识和专业技能，并具有较丰富的中外优秀文化知识储备和较高的审美能力与艺术修养，为学生留学打下坚实的专业基础。
In the teaching process, this major focuses on the foundation of acting skills and the training of students' basic abilities, emphasizing the cultivation of practical skills. Through a scientifically organized curriculum, students will systematically master the fundamental theories, basic knowledge, and professional skills in acting, while also acquiring a rich understanding of both Chinese and foreign cultural knowledge. Additionally, students will develop a high level of aesthetic ability and artistic cultivation, laying a solid professional foundation for their study abroad experience.

4.学历学位，国家认证
Degree and National Recognition
预备课程班的学生完成第一阶段的学习后，成绩合格者出国并注册国外大学学籍后，在国外学习两到三年，成绩合格可获得国家承认并认证的国外大学的本科学士学位。
Students who complete the first phase of the preparatory program and meet the academic requirements will go abroad and register at a partner university. After two to three years of study abroad, students who successfully complete their courses will be awarded a bachelor's degree from the foreign university, which is recognized and accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education.

After more than a decade of development, the Beijing Film Academy’s Study Abroad Base has achieved remarkable success. 录取原则：英语成绩达到要求(高考英语单科成绩75分以上，或雅思成绩达到 4 分以上，或托福成绩 50 分，或复试英语测试[满分100分]60 分以上)的基础上，按照专业面试成绩排名录取。
Admission Criteria:
●Candidates must meet the required English score (at least 75 in the high school English exam, or IELTS score of 4 or higher, or TOEFL score of 50 or higher, or second-round English test score [out of 100] of 60 or higher).
●Admission will be based on the ranking of the professional interview results after meeting the English language requirements.
